Terms of service
General
✦ You are not allowed to edit or resell the commission without my consent
✦ I forbid the use of my commissions for NFT
✦ I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place.
✦ You are free to print out the commission or even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's for your PERSONAL use only and NOT for sale. If you purchased the commercial fees then you are not concerned.
Payment
✦ Paypal Invoice is the main payment method.
✦ Full pay up-front & partial pay. Partial pay: 1st half is sent before sketch. 2nd half is sent after sketch is accepted. I will not continue working until the other half has been paid.
✦ Transaction fee 5% will be included in the total price
Revision
✦ You have up to 3 revisions during the sketch. If you need more revisions you will pay extra fees.
✦Once the commission is completed, you can't ask me to make any changes to it ! So be sure of yourself before I send you the commission !
I have rights to refuse comm if:
✦ I'm not comfortable to work with or work on
✦ You are not clear/sure about what you want
✦ You are not responsive within reasonable amount of time (24 ~ 48hrs)
✦ Your commission is not within my majors
Deadlines and delivery
✦ I will try to finish your commission between 1-4 weeks but it may take longer, it depends on my to-do list and motivation.
✦ I also need more time If I have any other commissions to do before yours.
✦ I'll always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.
Use
✦ You will be charged by extra fees for any commercial usage. Generally, it will be 150%-250% of the amount you ordered. Please, let me know in advance if you are going to use my work as a commercial use or not ! If you want to sell as merch or use it in some ways which need a payment, it's commercial usage.
Intellectual property rights
✦ I own the Artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with the art, for example; Post it to other sites such as Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord. Or present it in future art books/ Portfolios etc. But always with proper credit to you!
Refunds
✦ I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY If I have not started working on the sketch. Otherwise, i'll give a refund based on the work i've done.
Communication
✦ Everything can be discuss on email or Discord.

What should you do if what you are looking for is marked "Can't draw"?
You can still commission me for it, BUT there will be an additional fee, as learning what is required will take me time. (Think of it as the cost of learning)
However, if you commission me later for the same thing, there will be no additional fee.But I would still advise you to look for another artist !

C'est quoi ?
V-Interview est une émission mensuel se déroulant principalement en fin de mois, où différents Vtubers sont invités afin de répondre à tous types de questions !
Le but de l'émission étant de faire découvrir et donner la parole aux Vtubers Francophone, à travers différentes catégories de questions, tel que :

Vous pourrez voir l'émission en direct sur la chaîne Twitch de RYOK0san, où vous pourrez directement poser des questions à l'invités !Vous n'avez pas pû assister à l'émission en direct ?
Pas de soucis ! V-Interview est également présent sous forme de VOD sur la chaîne Youtube @Ryoko-sanRediff !V-Interview possède également son propre serveur Discord ! Toutes les infos de l'émission sont données là-bas, alors pensez à le rejoindre pour ne manquer aucune émission, et être informé des invités à l'avance !
Comment participer ?
En vous inscrivant à l'émission !
Malheureusement, je ne peux pas faire passer tout le monde ! En 1 an, seulement 12 Vtubers peuvent être interviewé ( 1 Vtuber par mois !), donc plus vous vous démarquerez, plus vous aurez de chance d'être pris !
Règle pour l'inscription :
Être un Vtuber, PNGtuber / Giftuber, ou vtuber 3D !
Ne pas utiliser d'IA générative, de quelconque manière.
Être actif sur les réseaux
Pas de "gros" drama à votre actif
Si vous n'êtes pas choisit les mois suivant votre inscription, cela ne veut pas forcément dire que vous ne serez jamais interviewé. Merci de ne pas harceler Ryoko pour des nouvelles quant à votre inscription, ça ne vous donnera pas plus de chance d'être pris.
